Legal Intern

We are looking for one dedicated and driven Legal Intern to assist us with legal research, contract review, company law and regulatory compliance matters related to MiFID II and AML.

The work includes drafting and review of legal documents, assisting in due diligence processes, providing support to the legal and compliance teams, research and analysis of financial regulations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in securities law, excellent analytical and research skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility and Profile:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a law degree.
• Good understanding of company and securities law.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills in English and in Swedish.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Prior experience in financial services or regulatory compliance is a plus.

This is a temporary that is paid on hourly basis.
