We are looking for a Chief Human Capital Officer.

As Chief Human Capital Officer your main responsibilities are to find talents, help them grow and retain them by ensuring that East Capital is a dynamic and respectful performance-driven work place. You act as talent management support for the management board and middle management, and develop and maintain human capital processes within East Capital. You execute or support the full employee life cycle of attracting, recruiting, developing, retaining and releasing employees. You are a member of the management board, East Capital’s top management level, and contribute to the definition, implementation and follow-up of the company’s strategic business goals.

You have minimum 5 years experience as HR Manager, preferably from the financial industry or other relevant demanding, dynamic goal-oriented organizations with entrepreneurial spirit and a fast pace. A broad experience within the HR field is preferred. Verbal and written fluency in Swedish and English as a minimum, Bachelor or Master in BA (with major in organization and HR) or Bachelor or Master in HR or similar. A connection with emerging and frontier markets and an interest for financial markets are a clear plus.
